Focus Asset is a good fit for your financial objectives and you wish to become a client. Now what?

Step One: The Investment Advisory Agreement (IAA)
The IAA documents respective rights and responsibilities within the investor-advisor relationship
We answer any questions you may have
You and Focus Asset sign the IAA when you're ready to proceed

Step Two: The Investment Policy Statement (IPS)
The IPS formalizes your investment objectives
It describes your risk profile, investment strategy and rebalancing plans

Step Three: Portfolio Implementation

Your advisor presents initial portfolio construction for your approval
He or she helps you open an account at selected custodian (or provide Focus Asset with existing account access)
He or she places appropriate trades on your behalf

Step Four: Ongoing Portfolio Management and Investor Education

Your advisor engages in proactive rebalancing, tax-loss harvesting and other portfolio management actions as appropriate for your objectives

He or she holds periodic meetings based on your needs (in person or phone)
You experience on-going access to your advisor and the Focus Asset team
Focus Asset hosts periodic educational events
You receive access to the Educated Investor newsletter, feature articles, books and other reading materials as well as Web-based resources
